  • With a university degree and at least language level B2 in German or English.

Each quarterly programme cycle, Capacity welcomes around 25-30 new talents to the Access Fast Track programme.

They bring a wealth of experience, spanning three or more years, gained in their respective countries of origin. Their expertise covers a diverse range of fields, including IT, sales, marketing, communication, law, HR, finance, logistics, supply chain management, import/export, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and engineering, among others.

Skilled and experienced

67% of participants have at least seven years of professional experience;

6% have a doctorate, 65% have a Master’s degree and 29% have a Bachelor’s degree or similar.
