Our team brings together a diverse range of professional backgrounds, talents, and cultural origins. As “architects of change” we are collectively dedicated to facilitating individuals’ ability to leverage their skills and potential here in Switzerland, irrespective of gender, age, nationality, religion, race, or socio-economic background.

General Management

Isabel is an architect and historian with almost 30 years of professional experience across America and Europe. Since 2011, she has been an active advocate for change in the areas of migration and social entrepreneurship in Switzerland. She co-developed the Access Fast Track programme for the professional integration of highly qualified people and is currently redesigning the entrepreneurship programme.

Programm Management

Adrienn is an expert in social policy. She is involved in interdisciplinary research on social inclusion and immigration and holds a PhD in Social Policy from the University of Kent. Adrienn co-developed the Access Fast Track programme and has now been successfully implementing the programme since 2022. She is the point of contact for our corporate volunteers.


Caterina has a background in law and mediation. She has been working for NGOs for more than 20 years, particularly in the areas of communications, partnerships and fundraising. She brings her broad experience and interpersonal skills to Capacity in building and maintaining partnerships and in communications.

Talent Placement

With over 15 years of experience spanning inclusion and diversity, human capital, and organizational development across multiple countries including Spain, Italy, UK, USA, and India, Piera brings a wealth of expertise to Capacity. As a neuropsychologist, she has an analytical mindset, which she combines with her coaching skills she brings to Capacity to build talent placement, among others.

Carolin has a Master's degree in Languages with Economics from the University of Mannheim. She brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, communication and fundraising. Having previously worked with a renowned Swiss NGO, Carolin joined Capacity to spearhead fundraising efforts and fortify the financial stability of our programmes.

Talent Management

Juliane holds an MSc in Physical Anthropology from the University of Zurich. For more than 15 years she has worked in HR of large global corporations, SMEs and start-ups and has built up her own consulting firm.  Juliane plays a pivotal role in the selection process of programme participants and facilitates Access Fast Track workshops, drawing upon her rich HR background.

Talent Management

Francesca has a background in law and worked in HR in Zurich after gaining experience in law firms in Italy. She has more than five years' experience in international recruitment. Francesca - on maternity leave until the end of July - is a firm believer in the power of a diverse workforce and actively champions our Capacity talent as part of her role.

Community Management

Julieta has a background in journalism and 17 years of experience in supply chain management. She has been working at Capacity to promote the professional and social integration of people from refugee and migrant backgrounds since 2019. Julieta ensures that alumni and active programme participants feel supported and valued.

Blenda has a degree in graphic communication and has worked in various financial institutions in Zurich for over 10 years. Since joining our team in 2019, she has been  our all-rounderin areas like graphic design, event coordination, and digital communication. Blenda is committed to advocating for equal opportunities for all, aligning with our team's core values and mission.

Programme Development

Evgeniya is a psychologist and experienced talent development expert. She co-designed the Access Fast Track programme and is responsible for its further development. With her background in organisational psychology, she balances the needs of our migrant talents and the requirements of partnering companies. She is on maternity leave until the end of July.

Intern & ZHAW Student 

Sophie has a business degree and a wide range of professional experience. She is supporting Capacity for 5 months as part of her Bachelor's degree in "Language Integration" at the ZHAW. She views language as the cornerstone of social participation and is passionate about empowering individuals in this area.
